A peri-urban lake located on the outskirts of Chennai was left to deteriorate. No proper maintenance and sheer negligence, following the brunt of modernisation had majorly affected the lake’s life. E.F.I in collaboration with the Hinduja Leyland Finance part of the Hinduja Group under the Jal Jeevan initiative had restored this lake in 2021.
