Global warming and climate change have been in and out of our headlines constantly over the years. World leaders and scientists have been burning the midnight oil to bring about that revolutionary solution that could put an end to all our problems. Several treaties, policies, and committees were formed through the years to control the situation.
In the recent years, people have sought to go back to traditional methods and practices to help save the planet. While the go-back-to-the-traditions model does work, it does not seem to solve the big problem at hand. Solid waste that we generate are reaching new heights and depths in cities across the planet. Mountains of garbage and lakes of sewage have become the new unfortunate scenery that one would be forced to gaze upon.
A collaborative effort between the Greater Chennai Corporation, Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India and the Environmentalist Foundation of India was launched to tackle the mighty garbage problem. Take a look at the initiative that was taken up!

We thank the Government of Tamil Nadu, Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India, well-wishers and volunteers for supporting us.
