A new chapter of I.E.MC unfolded at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College in Pondicherry, drawing the participation of over 200 enthusiastic students. The event commenced with an introductory speech setting the tone for an engaging session focused on situational leadership skills.

Students were divided into groups based on regions, with each group tasked to brainstorm creative and socially responsible responses to a scenario involving a fire breakout in a tribal village. This activity aimed to foster critical thinking and teamwork among participants while addressing real-life challenges.

Following the leadership exercise, an “Environmentainment” session added a touch of creativity to the event. Students were invited to craft lyrics inspired by movie songs, incorporating themes related to Pondicherry’s environment, its positives, and negatives. This segment encouraged students to express their environmental concerns and ideas in a creative and engaging manner.

As a concluding gesture, seed balls were distributed to all attendees, symbolizing a commitment to environmental conservation and fostering a sense of responsibility towards protecting nature. Through these activities, I.E.M.C not only provided valuable insights into leadership and environmental issues but also empowered students to become agents of positive change in their communities.
